What causes of typhoid

When bacteria enter the body through the digestive tract, they enter the intestinal walls and are phagocytosed, or they are hardened by macrophages in the form of white blood cells. From there, it is transported to parts of the body where it can replicate such as the spleen, liver, and bone marrow. When it is multiplied in good amounts, it enters the bloodstream and causes flu-like symptoms.

However, testing can take a very long time to confirm the results, as timely antibiotic treatment is important in treating the disease. Until the results from the Widal Test, ciprofloxacin is used.

Although typhoid is known to be fatal and dangerous, it does not lead to long-term death. It is important to know that immediate treatment should be given to the victim of typhoid fever which can help reduce the risk of dying from the disease by only 1%.
